LEADERSHIP BEGINS WITH BEING SEEN

Cristina Nolte's parents came from Chile;Â
she was born in the U.S. —Â
already living between worlds, cultures, and expectations.
While many chose a traditional path, she chose curiosity.
As friends married and had children,Â
she traveled the world through her work in manufacturing,Â
building resilience, perspective, and independence.Â
Eventually, she found the love of her lifeÂ
and has been married nearly two decades.

When constant travel led to burnout,Â
she listened to her heart and pivotedÂ
— opening Spavia, now owning two locations
in Maple Grove and Minnetonka.Â
A true leader, she mentors other franchise ownersÂ
and believes deeply in collaboration over competition.
She gives endlessly — to her teams,Â
her siblings, her friends, or anyone in need,
and with deep devotion, she plays an active role
in supporting her 95 year old father.Â
.

She honored her mother by taking her
back to Chile before she passed,Â
grounding love in action.
Now she cherishes slow, simple mornings.
She embodies a woman’s journey —
layered, generous, intentional.
