THE WOMAN BEHIND THE WORK

A mom of two.
A steady provider.
A woman determined to leave her mark.
Twenty years of hard work
Twenty years of showing up,
tired, stretched, yet always committed.
No one saw the battles beneath.
Depression in high school.
Burnout quietly creeping in.

Then - someone she respected tried to dim her light.
She looked deep inside.
She stood taller.
Trusted her voice.
Remembered who she had always been.
Last summer, her husband faced cancer.
The truth hit: nobody is promised tomorrow.
Her quiet faith rose to meet her.
It became the anchor rebuilding her from within.
She no longer waits for permission.
She rises.
She reclaims her voice.
💛 Strength isn’t in what happens to us.
It’s in who we choose to become.

Her Words About the Experience —
"Have you ever seen a reflection of yourself that moved you emotionally?
I’m so grateful to be part of Taru Chhaya’s Journeys of Women project. When she shared the images from our shoot, this one brought emotion immediately to the surface (yes, happy tears).
This moment wasn’t staged or posed. She simply caught me laughing with true joy. In that instant, I felt the essence of myself come through the photo.”
